Please fill your client kick start questionnaire as accurately as possible. The more information you are able to provide the better the opportunity I have to really focus in on you and your goals. This helps me build your programme, tailor your nutrition and help you in any way I can for you to succeed. Remember this is all about you. So please be honest and truthful in every aspect.
