Welcome To Your Weekly Check-In

Welcome to your weekly check-in form. This is a huge part of your success within the my Online Transformation Academy and it will allow you to reflect, reach out for help and highlight areas that are working for you and areas that are not.

This accompanies your training app coaching data (Weigh-ins, progress photos and measurements) that I also review.

Your check-in lets me know whether you've been bossing it, if you need to work harder or if we need to make a few tweaks to speed up your progress.

I'll then decide whether or not you may need any changes made of whether feedback is given.

Remember, It's important to reach out and ask for help when you need it. Asking for help is a sign of strength and it's important to move faster than the speed of disbelief.
