Self-sabotaging, limiting beliefs can stop progress dead in its tracks. In this lesson, I'll guide you through the first steps of identity change, so you can start believing positive change is possible.
In this lesson, you'll be focusing on identity change.
Many of us self-sabotage our progress by locking ourselves into limiting beliefs, based on current behaviours and circumstances.
Thinking about the person you want to become and their associated character traits, helps you leave behind the shackles you've placed on yourself up until this point.
YOUR TASK:
Remember, you ARE the person you want to be if you adopt the right behaviours. Once you do, results are simply a matter of time.
