Time spent defining your goals along with identifying your weaknesses, risks, and roadblocks will help you focus on exactly what you need to do to achieve all your goals and more.
So let's start with your 'Why'. Why do you want to achieve your fitness goals? It might seem obvious, but as you'll see over the next few lessons, there's more to it than you think.

- Download your Goal Setting Worksheet using one of the links below.
- Rate how you feel about yourself, right now, on a scale of 1-10.10 is good, 1 is not so good.
Think about more than body image. Think about your self-confidence, relationship with food, and general happiness. - Write down why you gave yourself this score.
- Complete the first section of the worksheet.
