When it comes to failed diets, it’s them, not you!
I had a client recently who told me they tried every diet under the sun. From Weight Watchers to Atkins, they felt like they had tried and failed at them all. Now, I am sure you have been through a breakup before where the person doing the breaking up says it’s me, not you! Well, believe me when I say this when it comes to diets… It’s them, not you, ha-ha. Let me explain. You see, weight loss diets or systems are all based on one thing, a calorie deficit. How specific diets or methods get you to adhere to that deficit is up for debate. But unless a diet or system somehow puts you in a calorie deficit, they won’t work. |
Generally, if you stick to them for long enough, you will drop body fat. But these diets have one big flaw, and it’s something that I teach all my clients how to avoid.
