A trip to the supermarket tends to be a chore for a lot of people. The normal outcome of the dreaded trip usually results in buying frozen ready meals, junk food and a "healthy" tub of hummus. With emotions running high and you wanting to get out of there quicker than you would in shark infested waters you realise you have forgotten a lot of the items you went into get in the first place. Darn it..!!
So you go on another trip the following night to pick up what you originally went in for which is healthy nutrient dense food which let's be honest in only in couple days time your good food ends up in a slimy, mouldy mess at the back of the fridge due to you eating your ready meals you purchased first time round.
This scenario will stop as of now. The hardest part of any shopping trip is not the trip it's self but in fact coming up with a shopping list. The time has come to stop throwing away your hard earned cash and food in the bin. This food shopping list includes everything you need to eat healthy and delicious foods throughout the week. Some of the items are staple products like porridge oats, so only stock up on these if you are running low. Buy your meats in bulk and potion them up into freezer bags so they don't go off. Thaw the meat and eat as needed and start putting together some awesome meals.
