Here is a list of the best articles on my blog chosen by you in 2017. I have based this not only on the "likes" each of the articles have received but also on the amount of times the articles has been read. A number which I am able to see through my Google analytics.
My aim is to make the information I provide as clear as possible and not only is it a pleasure that I know everyone is reading my articles it also helps develop my own knowledge which makes me a better personal trainer and business owner.
