120km For The Scottish Association for Mental Health.
Last month I decided to sign a team up for a pretty big challenge which is to cycle 120km in a closed road event in September. This very exciting event is called Tour O The Borders and will take place in the Scottish town of Peebles.
Every year I like to do something pretty cool for charity, last year myself and a few clients slept out in Princess Street Gardens with 9,000 participant to raise money for Social Bite. It turned out to be one of the coldest nights of the winter with temperatures getting to a rather chilly -11 degrees.
This challenge will be a little different, but equally as rewarding, as we look to raise as much money as possible for SamH and the Brewgooder Foundation.
