Welcome to the second 30 Day Fitness Challenge brought to you my CD Fitness Coaching. The 30 Day Fitness Challenge is an exciting and creative mix of challenges to test your fitness as well as your lifestyle in a positive manner. Based on feedback I received from the previous challenge I ran, there have been areas of this challenge that has been modified for your benefit. The challenge will start May 1st and run for 30 days finishing up on May 30th. The best part about the challenge is that It is absolutely FREE to do.
The challenge is open to the public meaning you do not have to be a client of mine to do this, it's open to anyone and everyone, invite your parents, friends, colleagues and anyone who you think may benefit from this.
