When Are You Going To Start?
I have a friend who wanted to start some personal training sessions. However, he said he wanted to be fit before he started to do any sessions with a PT. In his head this made total sense. However, I'll tell you why that's not such a good idea.
Last month local charity Social Bite launched a very exciting event that will take place in Edinburgh called Sleep In The Park. This event will be host to the world's largest sleep-out ever. Social Bite are inviting thousands of participants, 9,000 to be exact to sleep rough in the shadow of the world famous Edinburgh Castle in Princess Street Gardens.
When I heard about this event I knew I wanted to be apart of it and help in anyway I could to help eradicate homelessness in Scotland. It's Social Bite's mission to eradicate homelessness in Scotland within a 5 year period with the aim of raising £4 million to make this awesome goal happen.
