Holiday season hasn’t even started but we’ve been lucky with the weather, having had real summer weather for over a month now. It’s only normal that more people take their workouts outdoors to enjoy the nice weather and make the most out of the sun while they can.

Last month I decided to sign a team up for a pretty big challenge which is to cycle 120km in a closed road event in September. This very exciting event is called Tour O The Borders and will take place in the Scottish town of Peebles.
Every year I like to do something pretty cool for charity, last year myself and a few clients slept out in Princess Street Gardens with 9,000 participant to raise money for Social Bite. It turned out to be one of the coldest nights of the winter with temperatures getting to a rather chilly -11 degrees.
This challenge will be a little different, but equally as rewarding, as we look to raise as much money as possible for SamH and the Brewgooder Foundation.
With minimum workout gear required and the best gym in the world right on your door-step there, jogging can be one of the most beneficial forms of exercise to make change to your health and fitness.
Saying that, jogging can be hard to make a regular habits. It's especially difficult for beginners to get into the "stride" (running pun) of things, which can leave you feeling disheartened and inevitably call it quits. All the good intentions you had are now a distant memory.
This is where we come in - I have designed this couch to 5k to get complete running novices off their sofas and on to their feet. You will see Edinburgh in a completely different light and run places that you never knew existed.
After taking a short break to recharge the batteries, Edinburgh's best outdoor fitness class is back. There has never been a better time to start your fitness journey and make that all important commitment to yourself to improve your health and lifestyle.
May's 30 Day Fitness Challenge
Welcome to the second 30 Day Fitness Challenge brought to you my CD Fitness Coaching. The 30 Day Fitness Challenge is an exciting and creative mix of challenges to test your fitness as well as your lifestyle in a positive manner. Based on feedback I received from the previous challenge I ran, there have been areas of this challenge that has been modified for your benefit. The challenge will start May 1st and run for 30 days finishing up on May 30th. The best part about the challenge is that It is absolutely FREE to do.
The challenge is open to the public meaning you do not have to be a client of mine to do this, it's open to anyone and everyone, invite your parents, friends, colleagues and anyone who you think may benefit from this.
