May's 30 Day Fitness Challenge
Welcome to the second 30 Day Fitness Challenge brought to you my CD Fitness Coaching. The 30 Day Fitness Challenge is an exciting and creative mix of challenges to test your fitness as well as your lifestyle in a positive manner. Based on feedback I received from the previous challenge I ran, there have been areas of this challenge that has been modified for your benefit. The challenge will start May 1st and run for 30 days finishing up on May 30th. The best part about the challenge is that It is absolutely FREE to do.
The challenge is open to the public meaning you do not have to be a client of mine to do this, it's open to anyone and everyone, invite your parents, friends, colleagues and anyone who you think may benefit from this.
Can you complete the 30 day fitness challenge?
These challenges will not take up a lot of your time. They are meant to be quick, easy to follow and ones you can literally do anywhere.
What you have to do is select one or more of the following exercises and complete it everyday of the month. It's up to you whether you do the same thing everyday or if you mix it up from the list below. I will be joining, after all I've got to practice what I preach.
How Do I Sign Up?
I have created a private Facebook group for everyone who signs up to the challenge. There you will be able to comment, share stories, motivate each other and tell me what challenges you plan on doing for the month.
This will provide a great community where we can help and encourage each other to complete the days. If you are based in Edinburgh a nice suggestion would be to meet up with each other, it's as easy as that to meet someone new and you will have instantly something in common. Why not come along to my outdoor fitness class every Tuesday night. I can provide more information with the outdoor fitness class when you get in touch.
Fitness is not just about trying to look good, it's about feeling good and making some new friends. Remember it's not the destination, it's the journey along the way.
