When Are You Going To Start?
I have a friend who wanted to start some personal training sessions. However, he said he wanted to be fit before he started to do any sessions with a PT. In his head this made total sense. However, I'll tell you why that's not such a good idea.
If I asked, would you be able to tell me when the last time was you took 10 minutes out of your day and spent it without distractions doing something you really enjoyed? How about exercise or any kind of physical activity that wasn’t related to your business or job?
