Pimp Up Your WorkoutTo start with I think I should go ahead and give you a little warning. These are not easy workouts. They are meant to challenge you and will most definitely get the most out of them in a short space of time. So, if you have any time constraints like a lunch break, before the kids wake up or shortly after the school run these metabolic workouts will be perfect for you. These workouts are intense metabolic workouts and depending on how fit you are, should take you anywhere in the ball park of 5 - 20 minutes each. You are going to experience the following symptoms:
Upper Body Workout Instructions: Complete 5 full rounds as quickly as possible while maintaining perfect form. Keep rest to a minimum and try to save it for the bottom of each round. 1a) Close Grip Push-Up x 8 1b) Batwing Row x 8 1c) Seated DB Shoulder Press x 8 1d) Chin-Up OR Lat Pull Down x 8 Lower Body Workout Instructions: Complete 5 full rounds as quickly as possible while maintaining perfect form. Keep rest to a minimum and try to save it for the bottom of each round. 1a) Goblet Squat with Pause in Hole x 5 1b) KB Swing x 8 1c) Goblet Alternating Reverse Lunge x 5/leg 1d) Single-Leg RDL x 5/leg Full Body Workout Instructions: Complete 5 full rounds as quickly as possible while maintaining perfect form. Keep rest to a minimum and try to save it for the bottom of each round. 1a) Incline DB Bench Press x 6 1b) DB Walking Forward Lunge x 6/leg 1c) Batwing Row with Pause on Chest x 8 1d) KB Swing x 8 1e) Farmers Walk (heavy!) x 100ft Don't Forget!
