Believe it or not online personal training is a huge thing. The term online personal training gets googled more than 9000 times a month in the UK alone, all these searches and people searching can be wrong, can they? Well if you need more convincing then let me go over a few points.

Cost - If you were thinking about personal training in your local gym that’s a great step in the right direction to achieve your fitness goals. However, commercial gym's normally charge a premium for their personal training services as they take a huge cut of the profit from the trainer themselves. One of the best things about online personal training is the ability to pick a package that suits you. On the whole, these packages provide more value for money than the traditional personal trainer packages in a commercial gym environment. Meaning that you can instantly save on your gym costs.  I am now offering online personal training as an additional service and I am excited to offer 3 different pricing options depending on what you require.  With my full fitness package we also provide nutritional advice meaning you don't have to fork out for a nutritionist too.

Flexibility - You have the choice when you workout, where you workout and who you work out with. if you already have a gym membership and you love working out in the gym then I can build programmes are tailored to suit you.  However, I also understand that people want to get fit who don’t like the feeling of being in a gym. Whether, it’s 30 minutes you have before picking the kids up from school, 1 hour for your lunch break where there’s a park, running route, 45 minutes when the kids are having a nap or 20 minutes before dinner's ready then their is a workout for you.

By that i mean you are not confined to the personal trainers who are at your local gym who’s been recommended to you from someone else.
