Sometimes We Get Things Wrong

A wise man once said that if you look back on how you used to do things and aren’t embarrassed, you’re not improving.

​
As hard as it might be to believe (or not hard at all, depending on who you talk to...) even we get things wrong from time to time. 
When we start anything new it’s important to look at what we are doing and why we’re doing it in a particular way, then look for ways we can improve.

A PT is no different, we’re constantly looking for ways to improve our knowledge and how we deliver our coaching, and, inevitably, we look back and shake our heads at the way we used to do things.

​When we started out in PT, there were certain things we held true thanks to our training and experience.

Fortunately, both Dave and I were interested enough and motivated enough to test our ideas and a constant stream of fresh info, research and experience and we both made big changes as they were needed in how we coach clients in training and nutrition.
