It's that time of year again where we are running around town like headless chickens looking for those perfect last minute Christmas gifts.
You've exhausted the traditional book, sock and DVD buying. (When was the last time anyone bought a DVD?) Why not buy them the perfect gift which will not only make your friends, family and loved ones smiles but will actually be useful too and can help them get healthier and fitter.
I've hand picked a fine selection of 14 last minute Christmas gift ideas for the fitness fanatic to help you make next year their fittest year yet!

It's A6 making it a handy size to chuck into a gym bag and not take up too much room.

An essential product for any gym goer or rock climber. This liquid chalk dries up any moisture on your hands helping increase grip strength when performing deadlifts, pull ups or anything that you feel is slipping out your heads due to sweat.
