I would say that this is one of the key questions I get asked as a personal trainer. It's not as a direct question like the title suggests but it's phrased "How can I lose weight?"

However, I felt it was not very personal and it only gave you a vary rough idea. I would say on a weekly basis someone ask's me how to lose weight and fat or gain muscle and I've found myself repeating my words over and over again. I came across this handy calculator which will help determine your macros for your successful goal.
