I have been helping my clients for some time to achieve their fitness goals. Some people find 1:1 personal training the best for them, while others prefer working out as part of a larger group, so that's what I did for years.
Recently I realised that there's an area where the best of both worlds can be combined helping those who partake achieve their fitness goals the most efficient way possible. I will discuss the 8 benefits of it for clients.
