Smoothies have become a big thing in recent years. They are a great way to get some extra healthy nutrients into your body and the convenience of them are next level. You can prep them a couple days in advance and drink them on your way to work. They are great for a boost but don't rely on them solid food is always the way to go. Listed are ten of the very best smoothies I have come across and tried myself. I have some favourites in the this list which I will not divulge as I would not like to cloud your own judgement. Trust me, you will not be disappointed by any of them. Have a play around with the ingredients and let me know what one is your favourite. 1. Coffee Banana Smoothie1 Banana 1 cup of chilled coffee 1 Tbsp of Natural Greek Yoghurt 1 Tbsp of Flax seed 2 Tbsp of good quality honey 1/2 Tbsp of cinnamon 1/4 Tbsp of Nutmeg 6 ice cubes 2. Mango Madness125g Mango 1 Banana Small Pinch of Fresh Mint 2 Tbsp Natural Greek Yoghurt 1 Tbsp of Honey 250 ml of Almond milk Handful of ice cubes 3. Natural De-Bloater1/2 Papaya 1 Banana 1/4 of a Pineapple or 1 small tub of pineapple chunks Handfull of Spinach 2 Tbsp of Natural Greek Yoghurt Handful of ice cubes 4. StrawanieA large handful of Strawberries 2 Tbsp of Honey 1 Banana 2 Tbsp of natural greek Yoghurt Handful of ice cubes 5. The Warrior1 Banana 8 pitted Dates 250 ml of Soy Milk 4 chunks ofCoconut Nectar 2 Tbsp of nautral Peanut Butter Handful of ice cubes 6. Cooler1 Banana 2 Tbsp of Honey Passion Fruit 250 ml of Fresh Orange Juice 2 Tbsp of Natural Greek Yoghurt Pinch of Nutmeg Handful of ice cubes 7. The Breakfast Monster125g Sliced Mango 2 Tbsp of Almond Butter Handful of Ice Cubes Handful of raspberries 2 Tbsp of full fat Greek yoghurt 30g of protein powder 100ml of Almond milk. 8. The Hulk200ml Almond Milk 1 Apple, make sure you core it. 2 large handfuls of spinach 30g Protein Powder Handful of Blueberries 1 Tbsp of Spirilina. Handful of ice cubes 9. Vitamin Booster75g of Rolled Oats Large handful of blueberries Handful of Ice Cubes 1 Banana 30g of protein powder 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds 250 ml of coconut water or water. 10.
