The 30 Day Fitness Challenge.
I am excited to announce that I will be launching a 30 day fitness challenge. These challenges will run throughout the year and the best part about it them they are FREE to do.
This is the first ever fitness challenge I am opening up to the public. You do not have to be a client of mine to do this, it's open to anyone and everyone. Can you complete the 30 day fitness challenge?
The challenge it's self will not take up to much of your time: Select one of the following exercises and complete it for everyday of the month. It's up to you whether you do the same thing everyday or if you mix it up from the list below. I will be joining, after all I've got to practice what I preach.
How Do I Sign Up?
I have created a private Facebook group for everyone who has signed up to the challenge. There you will be able to comment, share stories, motivation tactics and tell me what challenge you are doing. This will provide a great community where we can help and encourage each other to complete the days. If you are based in Edinburgh a nice suggestion would be to meet up with each other or come along to my outdoor fitness class every Tuesday night. I can provide more information with the outdoor fitness class when you get in touch.
Fitness is not just about trying to look good, it's about feeling good and making friends. Remember it's not the destination, it's the journey along the way.
The Fun Stuff
The first challenge will start 1st March and end 30th March, it's important to share your stories, running routes in the Facebook Group. If you're on Instagram use the #calumnduthiept or @calumnduthiept
