These super easy and quick meals are a piece of cake to put together, they also have great nutritional content too which will help keep you fuller for longer. In some instances these nutritious snacks can pass for a regular meal. Each snack box has ample amounts of protein and fibre to help suppress your hunger, which is crucial for your fat loss journey. Not only do they look good but they taste really good too, don't take my word for it, go one try them for yourself.
How Do Snacks Fit Into Your Healthy Meal Plan?
So you're trying to be good and you're working hard at maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Your breakfasts, lunches and dinners are all healthy but boredom creeps in along with temptation. Rather than reaching for a block of chocolate which we all know to well turns in to a bar. Yes I am guilty too, why not reach for one of these healthy snacks which is far more appealing than the humble carrot sticks with hummus and apple wedges.
Healthy Snacks for Kids
Getting your kids involved with these snack boxes are a great way to educate them on eating the right foods. By doing so you will ensure they are getting all the right nutritious foods into their diet so they can grow up to be big and strong. So many foods out there are targeted as healthy foods for kids but really contain large amount of sugars and artificial ingredients which wire them to the moon and back.
I can hear you laughing from the other side of your computer saying my kids will never eat that. My question to you is why not? You don't have to stick to the idea that I give you. You can swap out kiwi for blueberries or apple slices, switch celery for carrot sticks and add a little bit of peanut butter for your kids to dunk them into. Let's be honest with ourselves, everything tastes better with peanut butter.

1. Protein Fix
2 hardboiled eggs. 4 oz. deli turkey, 1 oz cheese, 2 celery sticks cut down into smaller sticks with 1 Tbsp. peanut butter
2. Fruits and Nuts Snack Box
4 Tbsp of plain 1% Greek yogurt mixed with 1 tsp. honey and ½ tsp. cinnamon, 8 strawberries cut up, 1 nectarine or 1 orange segmented, 10 green grapes, 12 raw almonds
3. Easy Roast Beef Pinwheels
2 Tbsp of goat cheese, 4 oz. sliced roast beef, hand full of spinach rolled up in 1 6-inch whole wheat tortilla and sliced into pinwheels, 8 cherry tomatoes, 1 kiwi (or plum, or small tangerine)
4. Chips and Dips Snack Box
A small hand full of baked corn tortilla chips or make your own home tortilla chips made from 2 corn tortillas,2 Tbsp of homemade guacamole, 1 Tbsp pico de gallo, 1 bell pepper cut into sticks and 8 pineapple cubes
5. Snacks for the Sweet Tooth
A hand full of raspberries (or blueberries), 4 dark chocolate or plain crackers, 1 Tbsp. cacao nibs mixed with 2 Tbsp. unsweetened coconut flakes
